This year for International Womens Day 2020, I had the absolute privilege of sitting down with Chloe from Goodsted. We spoke about a few things and I had the opportunity to consider what one piece would give other female engineers. My answer was quite simple really, to have a Vision. A great, society enriching, life changing idea is unlikely to see the light of day (succeed) without a vision of where you hope your idea will become. Have a vision of the change you want to enact in the word, keep observing the horizon (keep reading), keep collaborating and go out there and make that vision a reality!
